Orylan, a 26-year-old from Las Vegas, has spent around $70,000 on extreme body modifications—including a split tongue, eyeball tattoos, and fang-like veneers—but says she has no regrets. “Beauty is subjective and I believe the way I look now is the beauty I’ve always wanted to achieve,” she told *NeedToKnow*.

She got her first tattoo at 14 and now has artwork covering nearly her entire body. She’s also added a heart-shaped implant in her hand. Despite constant stares and online hate, Orylan continues to share her transformation with her 143,000 Instagram followers. “When some people see my eyes… some will straight up get in my face and say they hate it,” she said.

Online trolls often call her a demon or say she was prettier before. Still, she remains confident: “I think I can be beautiful in both ways but I am much more myself in the skin I am in today.”

She doesn’t follow a strict plan. “I go day by day… I just go by me and how I feel I want to look.”

Her message to others? “Do it out of love… We should only do things that bring us joy.”
