After Cedar Point shared first-look footage of Siren’s Curse, social media lit up with nervous reactions.
A TikTok video showing the ride’s disconnected-track illusion sparked panic and jokes. “I’m getting Final Destination vibes,” one user said. Another added, “What’s the name of this coaster? The Brink of Death?”
Even fans were skeptical. “I love roller coasters and I love Cedar Point, but I’m not doing a disconnected track,” one admitted. Still, others defended the ride. “There are SO MANY precautions and testing,” a fan insisted. A commenter claiming to be the wife of a maintenance engineer said the ride is ahead of schedule and “should still be opening mid-June.”
Love it or fear it, Siren’s Curse is already one of 2025’s most talked-about attractions.
