Radwah Oda, a single mom from Texas, is facing stage four colon cancer while raising her child and working.
Her TikTok video sharing the signs she ignored has gone viral, and she hopes it will help others recognize symptoms early. “I don’t want anyone to go through what I did,” she says.Radwah first noticed her stool becoming thin and pencil-shaped, but she thought it was just constipation. She also saw “small amounts of blood” in her stool, assuming it was hemorrhoids—“a common misconception,” she admits.
She felt pain below her right breast but blamed it on “an ill-fitting bra,” not knowing it was linked to her cancer.
Though she got enough sleep, Radwah was “constantly exhausted” and needed multiple naps daily.
Now, Radwah shares her story to raise awareness about colon cancer in younger adults. Her message: “If something feels off, don’t ignore it.”
