Elon Musk Sues Joy Behar and The View for Defamation

Elon Musk has filed a $70 million defamation lawsuit against The View co-host Joy Behar and the show’s producers. The lawsuit, filed in a California court on Friday, accuses them of making “false and damaging” statements about him on air.

Musk’s legal team claims The View spread “misleading information” that harmed him both professionally and personally. The outspoken Tesla CEO is now taking legal action, seeking damages for what he alleges were “unfounded and defamatory” remarks.
