Hollywood icon Samuel L. Jackson once accused Donald Trump of cheating at golf, a claim Trump swiftly denied. Despite Trump owning 12 golf courses, Jackson questioned their connection, saying, “I would never say buddies. Or friends. I’ve golfed with him.”
In 2016, Jackson revealed he received a bill from Trump’s National Golf Club despite not being a member. When asked who was the better player, he confidently stated, “Oh, I am, for sure. I don’t cheat.” Trump refuted this on Twitter, claiming, “I don’t know @SamuelLJackson… Not a fan.”
Jackson responded by posting the bill on Instagram, writing, “A bill from the guy that doesn’t know me & never golfed with me… I’m gonna block his a** too!”
On *The Late Show with Seth Meyers*, Jackson doubled down, recalling a time Trump hit a ball into a lake, only for his caddy to miraculously “find” it. Meyers quipped, “Was the caddie soaking wet?” to which Jackson laughed.
Jackson also shared that Trump frequently invited him to golf and even called himself “The Don.” The feud added another chapter to Trump’s history of golf controversies.
