A Kind Story That Prove a Little Sympathy Goes a Long Way

One day, while working at a fast food restaurant, a lady left her Louis Vuitton bag on the table. After waiting 20 minutes and noticing she had left, I put the bag in the lost and found without looking inside. A month later, my manager asked, “Hey, it’s been a month… do you want that bag?”

I said yes, went to get it, and opened the bag to find only a piece of paper. The note read, “To the girl who needed a new purse during the holidays.” The receipt inside showed the bag cost $1700!

I packed my things into the bag and took it home. It became a reminder of humble beginnings and helped me in job interviews. I still have it, as it encourages me to give back to others.
