Steve Irwin called his wife Terri his “love at first sight.” They met in 1991, were married for 14 years, and shared a deep bond. After his tragic death, Terri has worked tirelessly to honor his legacy and raise their children.
In an April 2025 Stellar Magazine interview, Terri said, “I did find my happily ever after, and I think I still have a lot of love in my life.” She added, “So I’m lonely for Steve, but I’m not lonely.”
She also shared her views on independence: “I think women are still amazing, fulfilled, incredible people – even if you never marry, if you have four kids, or no kids. There are no rules.”
Though rumors once linked her to actor Russell Crowe, Terri denied a romantic relationship: “He and Steve became friends many years ago… Russell has been very loyal as a great friend.”
