Car Plummets Off Overpass onto Busy Motorway
A shocking crash in Sacramento, California, saw a car plunge from a bridge onto the five-lane Interstate 5 motorway on Monday.
Footage captured the dramatic moment as the white car “went through the barrier” before spinning mid-air and landing on its bonnet.
It then rolled across lanes before coming to a stop “on the central reservation on its roof,” narrowly avoiding other vehicles.
Despite the chaos, traffic appeared “unfazed” as cars continued cruising past.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash, which remarkably did not result in major injuries.
