Husband’s sneaky text prank takes a hilarious turn

Marriage thrives on humor, and these two funny stories show how laughter keeps relationships alive.

In the first, a husband texts his wife late at night:
**“Hey, I’ll be home late. Please wash all my dirty clothes and make sure to cook my favorite dish before I get back.”**
When she doesn’t reply, he follows up:
**“Oh, and by the way, I got a raise! At the end of the month, I’m buying you a new car.”**
She quickly responds, **“OMG, really?”**
He shoots back, **“No, I just wanted to make sure you got my first message.”**

In the second story, a husband comes home to find his wife packing.
**“Where are you going?”** he asks.
She replies, **“To Las Vegas! I found out there are men who’ll pay me $500 to do what I do for you for free!”**
The husband starts packing too. When she asks why, he says,
**“I want to see how you’re going to live on $1,000 a year!”**

These stories highlight how humor can turn ordinary moments into memorable ones. A little laughter goes a long way in love.
