Tattooed woman who keeps her nose in a jar – before and after

Tattoos are often seen as art, self-expression, or a way to remember something meaningful. While accepted by many, they’re still taboo in some cultures. Toxii Daniëlle, one of the most tattooed women, takes body modification far beyond ink.

Toxii is covered in tattoos from head to toe, with her upper body nearly all black. She’s also removed her nose—now kept in a jar—and has subdermal implants and a split tongue. Her extreme transformation has earned her over 155,000 Instagram followers.

In an interview with artist Devon Rodriguez, she explained, “I like to be imperfect and I think that imperfections make you unique.” When asked about pain, she said her forehead implants “weren’t as bad” as removing her nose.

Rodriguez asked if she kept her removed parts. She replied, “I have all my body parts, in like little jars, yeah.”

Toxii recently shocked fans by posting a photo from before her transformation. Many were stunned by how much she changed in just four years. Comments ranged from concern—“Why do you hate yourself?”—to admiration, with some calling her “beautiful before and during and after.”

Her transformation continues to stir debate about beauty, identity, and self-expression.
