How to Naturally Repair a Cavity & Strengthen Your Teeth

Cavities happen when bacteria break down enamel. While serious decay needs a dentist, early-stage damage can often be helped naturally. Here’s how:

1. Eat Enamel-Boosting Foods
“Focus on foods that enhance remineralization”:
✔ Cheese, yogurt, almonds (calcium)
✔ Sunlight, fatty fish, egg yolks (vitamin D)
✔ Spinach, nuts, seeds (magnesium)
✔ Fish, eggs, lentils (phosphorus)
Avoid sugary snacks, sodas, and processed foods—they wear down enamel.

2. Try Oil Pulling
“Oil pulling helps remove harmful bacteria and reduces plaque buildup.”
👉 Swish 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 10–15 minutes. Spit and rinse. Do daily for best results.

3. Use Natural Toothpaste
Pick fluoride-free toothpaste with:
✔ Hydroxyapatite – “A natural enamel-refreshing mineral”
✔ Calcium carbonate – Strengthens teeth
✔ Baking soda – Neutralizes acid, removes stains
