Donald Trump speaks out after Joe Biden is diagnosed with ‘aggressive’ cancer

Former U.S. President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with stage nine prostate cancer, which has spread to his bones. His office confirmed:

“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms… he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”

Though the cancer is aggressive, doctors say it is hormone-sensitive, making it treatable.
“The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians,” the statement continued.

Donald Trump, who succeeded Biden as president, offered support through Truth Social:
“Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis… we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery.”
