Donald Trump’s recent appearances have sparked wild online speculation after unusual bulges were noticed on his legs.

At a UFC event in New Jersey, “an emergence could be spotted on his upper leg,” and during a Rose Garden appearance, a similar bulge was seen on his lower leg.

These odd visuals fueled bizarre theories. Some viewers believe Trump is “wearing some kind of urine collection contraption,” with one person noting, “You can see the catheter under his pants.” Others compared him to Fidel Castro, who reportedly used a leg catheter during long speeches.

Another theory suggests Trump is wearing leg or knee braces to treat an injury. One supporter speculated: “Knee brace for a partially torn ligament… Trump does not have time right now for surgery.” Others said, “Those are leg braces to stabilise him.”

Some fans offered less dramatic takes, saying it could be “pants caught on something,” or simply “wrinkled pants.”

Despite the rumors, the White House’s Dr. Sean Barbabella stated in April that Trump is in “excellent cognitive and physical health,” after extensive testing, including cardiac, neurological, and motor function exams.
