Ashley St. Clair has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, claiming he is the father of her five-month-old son, referred to as “RSC.” She has petitioned the New York Supreme Court for sole legal custody and a paternity test.
On February 14, St. Clair posted, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.” Court documents state that their alleged relationship began in May 2023, and they conceived the child in January 2024. She also claims Musk acknowledged parentage in written messages.
Text messages included in the lawsuit allegedly show Musk checking in on the child’s well-being, stating, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.” In another exchange, he allegedly said, “I want to knock you up again.”
Musk has not publicly addressed the claims but seemingly reacted on Twitter. St. Clair’s lawyer stated she tried to resolve the matter privately, but Musk’s representatives were uncooperative. She is requesting the court to declare Musk as the father and establish child support.
