Zelenskyy Refuses to Apologize After White House Clash
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy refused to apologize after a heated Oval Office meeting with Donald Trump and JD Vance, saying, “I’m not sure we did something bad.”
The summit, meant to secure a minerals-for-aid deal, turned into a tense exchange. Trump accused Zelenskyy of “gambling with World War III” before expelling him, declaring, “He can come back when he is ready for peace.”
Zelenskyy defended Ukraine, questioning, “Where is our friendship?”
British media condemned Trump’s behavior, with The Telegraph warning, “The Western alliance appears to be on the brink.”
“Putin must be laughing his head off,” wrote iWeekend.
