Ants Crawling into the House – Good or Bad Omen?
In ancient traditions, ants swarming into a home warned of an approaching flood. Feng shui sees ants nesting inside as a bad sign, hinting at “internal erosion.” Deep nests with many tunnels can weaken a home’s structure and harm its energy.
However, if ants enter only temporarily, especially during flood season or weather changes, it’s usually “nothing to worry about.”
The type of ant matters:
Red ants are a sign of good luck, suggesting “a noble person may soon help you with your problems.”
Black ants mean a “distinguished guest” might visit, bringing good news and positive changes for the family.
Winged ants are generally seen as a bad omen.
While ants can symbolize deeper problems if they settle permanently, brief appearances often carry positive or harmless meanings.
