Anthony Loffredo, a Frenchman known as the world’s most modified man, is transforming himself into a “black alien.” He’s removed his ears, upper lip, nose, and even tattooed his eyeballs. His latest extreme move: amputating two fingers to create a claw-like hand.

“I’m only 34 percent of the way to my final vision,” he shared, revealing there’s still much more to come in his transformation.
Through his Instagram project, *Black Alien Project*, Anthony documents his journey with over 700,000 followers. While many admire his fearless self-expression, others criticize him. Some argue his elective amputations are offensive to those who’ve lost limbs unwillingly.

Despite the controversy, Anthony remains focused. “I had an inner click,” he said, recalling his decision at 24 to leave his job as a security guard and pursue this radical path. Since then, each surgery brings him closer to who he truly feels he is.
